Meet Erica – Your Wellness Coach Who’s Been There Too
I’m Erica, a health and wellness coach with nearly two decades of nursing experience and a deep passion for helping women feel like themselves again.
After years in the hospital caring for patients with autoimmune conditions, and walking my own healing journey through symptoms like IBS, anxiety, fatigue, food sensitivities, and migraines — I know what it’s like to feel stuck and frustrated. I’ve been that woman.
That’s why I created this program — to guide women like you through foundational, practical steps toward real, lasting change. No overwhelm, no unnecessary testing, and no long lists of supplements. Just support, education, and the kind of encouragement I once needed myself.

When Everything Changed…
After years of frustration, I stumbled upon an elimination approach that changed everything. For the first time in a long time, I felt amazing. My energy came back, my workouts felt doable, my anxiety eased, and my gut issues finally calmed.
It gave me a glimpse of what life could feel like — and I knew I had to share this with other women.
But here’s the thing: results like that only last if you build a strong foundation. I hadn’t yet learned how much stress, mindset, and consistency mattered — so I struggled to make it stick.

Between busy schedules, family life, and everything else we juggle, it’s easy to fall off track. That’s why I eventually reached out to a health coach myself. With her support, I learned how to stay grounded, empowered, and balanced — even through the hard stuff.
And when life did get hard again — during a flare triggered by personal loss — I had the tools to heal naturally, without additional medications.
Why I’m Here
I became a nurse because I wanted to care for others the way I was cared for during my own autoimmune diagnosis. I became a health coach because I wanted to empower women the way I was empowered — through compassionate guidance, simple strategies, and lasting transformation.
